”Check in was a bit antiquated. Paper and pen in the 21st century. Also 2 reception desks but with unequal queues.
Bend linen a bit starchy, and of course they all use that industrial cleaner from sketchleys which smells terrible
The towels smelt terrible as well
It really should be that the linen and towels are cleaned with a domestic soap powder like aerial or bold, or with a conditioner like comfort so that customers get the wow factor of the room smelling like home rather than a hospital.”

”We had a lovely time, just a few things that slightly dampened the experience.
Need black out blinds in the family room as the light was streaming through until late and with the heat as well the children couldn't get to sleep until it went dark.
The gastro pub food l would give a miss in future, very bland, dry and of poor quality but high prices.
We would 100% come back though.”

”Had a lovely stay, very clean. Great amenities/swimming pool/spa. Comfy bed. Quiet surroundings but near to town for pubs/restaurant. Perfect for a night or 2 away. Will be back for sure”

”Good facilities and really good size room. There were no spare pillows in the room (I don't want to have to ask), no toilet brush in the rest room which is fine if maid service makes a good job of cleaning the toilet; which they didn't. Beginning of mould in shower could have done with a deep clean in bathroom.No air conditioning in rooms really isn't good enough in this day and age. Also used for corporate clients/company retreats/training and they seemed a bit rowdy, need to actively manage...
