”A nice stay overall but everything is a bit dated Limited help from some staff, training could be better our welcome wasn't great. Went in the gym, water dispenser broken, TV remote didn't work, 1 treadmill broken 1 working, cross trainer broken otherwise ok The suite I booked wasn't a suite it was a cottage away from the hall and facilities didn't really feel part of it. facilities were ok and very spacious but I would have taken a normal room in the hall if I'd known I'd say 3* was enough for...

”Great!”

”Overall i lovely experience. Breakfast staff seemed very busy maybe not enough staff. I ordered vegetarian sausages and it took just over 30 mins to arrive. Unfortunately i could not finish it because I had a cab to get. I asked for a hot chocolate which the machine did nit provide but one was made up for us. Overall pleasant service.”

”The room and bathroom were large and very clean. Staff were helpful and the evening meal in the restaurant had a good menu and was very tasty though a bit expensive. Only an overnight stay, but very enjoyable. We didn’t use the spa or gym. I expect we will use the hotel again.”

”The room was okay, but unfortunately there were stains on the walls and the toilet was hanging off the wall. There were only three pillows for two people, and the robes included with the Executive King Room were ripped and clearly well-used. The bed was comfortable enough, though. The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful, which was definitely a positive.”

”Perussiisti huone.”

”We were staying here because mum was in hospital nearby and we live four hours away. Staff were very friendly about last minute extension of our stay. Rooms are kept clean as long as you remember to put the little sign out, otherwise staff are very helpful if you need anything.”

”All staff encountered were extremely helpful, polite and very professional. Fantastic grounds. Good choice for a evening meal as well as a wide selection for breakfast. Will definitely stay again.”

”Fantastic hotel helpful staff clean room nice and quiet and affordable”

”Beautiful room, decorated and equipped to high quality. Lovely meal and breakfast. Would recommend as a fab place to stay.”

”Room was clean and comfortable, although there was nowhere to hang coats/clothes (there was no hanging rail). The pedestrian route to the restaurant was a bit dark in places. Generally a good overall stay.”

”Clean and modern hotel that has focussed on bringing a nice experience for children”

”Despite the large rooms, the hotel is in dire need of a renovation. The beds are overdue to be replaced. Lots of piling on them and they didn’t have a fitted sheet. You could feel the bumps of the older mattress through the sheet that was on top of the bed. The sheet on top of the bed didn’t cover the entire mattress. It would roll up and expose the mattress in the night. I had to constantly get out of bed and pull it back over the bare worn mattress. Very poor lighting in the room and...

”Just gave a good vibe Lovely staff who made an effort Kids loved the Labradors at the reception”
