”We stayed for 3 nights and reserved 2 rooms. First day of arrival, the only elevator was not working and we had to use the stairs until they finally fixed it on our last day of stay. The rooms were spacious and clean however the towels are worn out. Also, there is no air conditioning in the common areas, and can get hot walking up and down the stairs. There is only one restaurant in the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a decent hotel for the duration of our stay. ”

”It was really nice and quiet. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. It was about 20 mins away from the main city center though so if you wanted to go around for shopping and eating out- you would need to use their private shuttle which is about P650 each way. You can also take a trike for P30 per person but that might be a bit far. There is another eating/shopping area closer to the resort which is about 5-10 mins in a trike. Smaller though. ”The staff was wonderful. Trasnportation to and from the airport was excelent and on time. When we arrived there were some issues woth our room which was addressed quickly. The resort overall is a beautiful paradise. The food was amazing. We also did the island tour which was amazing. Our tour guides were awesome and so helpful. I honestly could not ask for more.”

”Majoitus oli kuvan kaunis paikka, mutta siellä ei kuitenkaan viihdy paria päivää pidempään. Palvelu oli hyvä ja ruoka kohtuu hyvää. Resortille mentiin veneellä Coronista. Meille sattui huono sää resortilla ollessa, joten odotimme sieltä pois pääsyä. Huonon sään sattuessa resortilta ei pääse pois, eikä siellä ole mitään tekemistä. Resortilta ei siis pääse kävellen minnekkään.”

”I love the privacy of this property!! We received a warm welcome. Staff very courteous, friendly, and respectful. Check-in process relatively easy. Did have issues with phone not working and major concerns with drainage, especially toilet and shower. Lock to the french doors broke and it took them 1 1/2 days to fix. Need a map for guests to facilitate with awareness of amenities. I did love that they had bikes to use in the island!! Understand the challenges of being on a private island but...

”Great hotel, the staff were lovely! They provided flashlights when the storm was coming. The only minus is that you could hear the noise from the corridor early in the morning. Some dust under the beds but otherwise really clean room, nice shower etc. I definitely would visit again.”

”The place is a great distance from the town so very exclusive. They spent two days of our stay cleaning the pool. The WiFi is minimal and I couldn't connect to it from our house. The houses are clean but have no air-conditioning. The restaurant is nice and has good food which is good because you will be eating there alot because it's so hard to get to town.”
