”We liked the location of the property and especially the breakfast. Our room was very nice and spacious; however, the bathroom was extremely small and outdated with no counter space or hooks.”

”Gorgeous setting, Welcoming Atmosphere. Innkeeper so hospitable , provided references for resturants. Stunning interiors, The waiter at breakfast was such a joy.Attended to so many sweet details in serving the breakfast.Such a cultured, knowledgeable and friendly conversationalist. I’m wanting to go back for another meal. A darling historical inn. I have referred all my friends.”

”Lovely,old historical home. In need of major cleaning and refurbishing. On corner of intersection so little loud with big trucks,etc passing other than that very sweet B&B. Wonderful full breakfast!!!! Nice staff however only visible in early am. The town is small, very walkable in much need of new restaurants.”

”The house was very cute. The inside was comfortable and clean. The location is perfect. Its within walking distance of town. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a nice lawn set in the backyard and a set of rocking chairs on the front porch. The current outdoor furniture is falling apart. ”

I am having health issues and I was given great care and understanding. We definitely want to stop by again the next tip to NC. Edenton is a beautiful city that offers so much to see and the store employees and restaurant staff are just as friendly and helpful.”

”This is a charming house with a wonderful outdoor space to enjoy with friends or family. It’s very close to downtown Edenton and there is a nice park within walking distance at Pembroke Creek. We put our kayaks in one evening and watched the ospreys fishing while the sun set. The house has everything you need to feel at home, and the homeowner is a lovely person - easy to communicate with.”

”Everything about our stay here was fantastic! Anytime I reached out to the host, she responded on a timely manner. We were in want or need of anything at the house. The house so clean and felt like home. Definitely will try to rebook, if I head back up there. ”

We enjoyed listening to some of their vinyl collection, watched birds and sailboats, took the very short drive to Edenton’s historic district for a tour, dinner.
