Fridge wasn't working so lost 200 worth of groceries, vacuum didn't work, shower screens are hazy and couch lumpy. Power went out, due to no fault of the property, but was just another issue. When I initially went to bring some supplies prior to their arrival, there was a can in the backyard with cigarette butts that I needed to get rid of.
