”I chose Kimberly Gardens primarily for its location. I needed to go back/forth to close by area of Caulfield. This was my 2nd stay within 2 weeks. The property is what I consider a limited hotel (no room service no restaurant but it met my needs. Staff were always helpful! ”

”Excellent daily room service with lots of extras included! Bathroom was brand new and there was heaps of room in the room and lounge room. Great convention oven in the kitchen. ”

”Good apartment accommodation with lot of features (in-room laundry, secure parking, pool, close to shopping, grocery), but after taking payment for three guests they provided two guest bed and weird hardly a bed-like arrangements for third guest. ”

”This hostel is so cool! The people and staff are very friendly, rooms are spacious with very comfy beds and a funky outdoor area and a relaxed, chilled safe feeling environment! Would recommend! ”

”The property was clean and private. It was also conveniently located. The only down side was the noise factor. The walls need soundproofing as you can hear doors opening, doors slamming shut and people speaking or watching TV from adjoining apartments. Other than that I did enjoy my stay.”

”clean property, free self parking, close to St Kilda. All very good,I have no complaints at all Self check in and out but communication with my contact was great Amenities good as well”

”Very roomy cottage with everything supplied to make it a wonderful stay. Just needed your own clothes, food and some toiletries. It is conveniently located to shops and public transport and a 1 minute walk to one of Melbourne's best coffee shops. Definitely will stay again. ”
