Ella the host was welcoming and always available when contacted to respond to our queries. ”The staff were the best thing about this stay. The room was ok, clean and everything I'd expect from a motel. However, my room faced onto a large public car part that served a pub, restaurant and the biggest bottle shop I've seen. It was used by young people to kick a ball around. I needed to sleep early, but was woken at 10:30, just after the doors were closed, by a youngster asking if I'd let him through my room to the back so he could retrieve his football. I refused. They hung around then...

”Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised We recently stayed overnight at Serenity on the Terrace in Mandurah and were very disappointed. Unfortunately, the property looks nothing like the photos advertised online. It is extremely outdated and in poor condition. There were patches of paint all over the walls, ripped curtains, and the couch was dirty and smelt strongly of mould, which made the place feel unhygienic and uncomfortable.
