”The carpets dirty, curtains old and dirty, furniture old, mattress old and hollowed, old tatty flooring, bathroom fan not working, has a bad smell inside room. Accommodation Not nice at all!!”

”The staff were the best thing about this stay. The room was ok, clean and everything I'd expect from a motel. However, my room faced onto a large public car part that served a pub, restaurant and the biggest bottle shop I've seen. It was used by young people to kick a ball around. I needed to sleep early, but was woken at 10:30, just after the doors were closed, by a youngster asking if I'd let him through my room to the back so he could retrieve his football. I refused. They hung around then...
