”Pleasently surprised how nice this hotel is, really enjoyed our stay, very friendly staff that were nice enough to give us a complementry upgrade, room was clean and modern, beds nice and firm, great shower pressure, plenty of parking, close to transport, panthers and shops. Only downside I didn't realise how close it was to the train line, could hear them passing by at night which took a while to get used to before falling asleep. If I ever need to stay a night in Penrith again this is where...

”Great location and convenient. Room was basic but had everything we needed for a layover on our way to the airport. The only couple things were the over powering deodoriser smell walking through the corridors to and from our room, was very strong that we could almost taste it. ”Two (2) bedrooms was perfect the staff was there to greet us. The laundry space was great with two(2) large washing machines and plenty of space to dry clothes. The kitchen was useful but could use some updating especially the range hood. The area was close by to where we had to get to, overall a nice place to stay.”
