”Excellent restaurant quality and great staff. Easy parking, great location. The room wasn't vacuumed properly this time, but all other times it was great. It would be nice if the gym had a water fountain or any sort of water. Room service operation times are limited. I would enjoy breakfast room service too. The front desk staff was super nice and carried our luggage into the room. Thank you”

”The house was very comfortable particularly the beds. All the amenities were there. So we were very pleased overall. However The couch in the tv rooom is very worn. and the tv is very slow to respond to the remote. We would have liked to have two keys for entrance to the house. The garden and outdoor areas were a real let down. Plants are dead or dying, lots of old pots left around, Nothing was swept up and there was an old carcase of a dead bird on the paving.”

”A gorgeous property close to the station and all that Subiaco offers. Walk to coffee in the morning and even a fabulous farmers’ market on the weekend or catch the train to Fremantle, the footy or the city. The property has all you need plus a secure backyard for pets. ”

”This is a gem of a place to stay, close to Kings Park perfect for walks also walking distance to shops. The host Ted was very lovely and ensured our stay was enjoyable. It was the perfect place for us to stay that met all our needs. ”

”No host to greet us and the entry instructions I found a bit confusing but once we were inside we were very happy with our appartment. Clean with a pleasant lemon smell when we entered and good size rooms and bathrooms each. Well stocked kitchen, comfy lounge area and plenty of towels and toiletries. Outside the kitchen window and or, unfortunately, a huge dead weed and dead plants detracted a little. Nice balcony off the lounge and my bedroom.Again, when leaving, No instructions about where to...

”Couldn’t get hold of the property manager leading up to check in, then when I did speak with him he claimed he couldn’t get hold of me. I was text messaging him and via stayz. Drains smelt, broken power outlets, both bed sheets stained ad said entire house but a room was blocked off overall very dirty have photos which I sent to property manager and again no response absolutely disgusting property and service, the last time we’ll be using stayz”

”The house is very old/tired and run down, definetly needs renovating. The area was nice and convenient to everything we needed. It did the job, it was cheap but needs some money spent on it.”
