”I was at the Campbell House for a conference. The hotel looks like a mini Tara from gone with the wind, but it’s on a busy main road. I’m assuming the building has been there forever and they just built other things around it. The friendly and helpful staff is the only reason I’m giving them two stars. It is a large hotel and hard to kinda get around so I walked a lot of the hallways and the carpeting in every single inch of hallway is so disgusting with stains and smells and it is awful. The...

”Needing to get money back for this stay, I brought up concerns to the front desk and received no help. Unfortunately did not get a name or pictures but I had to move rooms 3 times just to get to a room that I could stand to sleep in. I was offered no assistance moving my things from room to room. The first room smelled horribly or mildew, the second room had mold in the ac unit, the third still did not meet “exceptional” standards as listed with the room. I’m planning to get my money back.”
