”I booked and paid for our World Cup room through Expedia in May. Upon arriving I had to provide my credit card for incidentals. ”Terrible experience, the worst experience, not just bad, was a disaster. First, the photos differ vastly from what we actually found upon arrival, and considering the price seemed excessive. We went during one of the World Cup games and you wouldn't have known, we didn't have any issues with the breakfast or parking even with the hotel being fully booked. The room was clean, beds comfortable, bathroom clean, and water was hot. It was quiet. The breakfast had traditional hotel breakfast items but it was really good and there was plenty of it. I would definitely book here again just based on the cleanliness and hotel staff!”
