”A very nice, but obviously a bit pricey accommodation. Our room was a short walk from the reception, general store and bus stops. There was a power outage when we arrived and it lasted for several hours. I would’ve liked to get more info from the staff about it. Breakfast was not included in the room price, which is always a bummer. ”We had probably the best studio room (302) of the whole resort! It was a bit on the side from other more "generic" rooms/buildings, and our patio extented to a secluded barbeque area. The room even had its own parking spot. It really had an exclusive feel, perfect for a romantic set, and we especially enjoyed the fact that we could have some cold beer from our fridge and other items from Safeway (~3miles away) to do bbq. Washing dishes was a bit hard in the room and the room lacked good bbq-ing...

I followed my gut and booked it regardless, and was absolutely blown away by the level of service provided by this hotel. We pulled up and were greeted by the wonderful concierge team, valet parking, immediately handed us an umbrella to shield us from the rain.. went into check in and had an amazing experience with the front desk. ”The hotel has not been renovated and feels old, uncomfortable, and somewhat dirty. There is no elevator. The heating system in the room was extremely noisy. At breakfast, there was no seating available for hotel guests as ” it was fully booked” so the personell advise to go some nearby cafe. Uncoordinated, no service and sad given the potential it has. ”
