”The Mark Spencer Hotel has a friendly staff. There is a 5pm complimentary Wine hour and on Saturdays there is a 1 man band Jim ? He was unique and very gifted a joy to be entertained by. The room we stayed in had a kitchenette and a king size bed that was very comfortable. The bathroom was very well laid out and upscale with a excellent rainshower no lack of water pressure. The hotel is just around the block from the Ritz Carlton and there are a lot of choices to eat and have a drink....

”The lobby, bar, and other common areas are very nice and clean. The rooms have everything that you need in them. And the elevators are super efficient and fast even when it felt like a lot of people were going up and down. If you do self parking, it is just around the corner maybe a 50 yd walk. Just keep that in mind.”

”Big noise and bang noise coming from the ventilation system and I had to change the room and dragging all my luggage in the middle of the night to a different room that a nice lady at the reception find it available. The new room was dirty, with moisture around the bathtub grout and smelly walls from 100 years old wood. Never go back in this property ”

”The staff was so kind, we got there early before our room was ready. The lobby was really nice and we got complimentary mimosas for my birthday while we waited! The hotel has its own vibe which if you love boutique hotels it’s def a great spot. The beds were a bit small BUT we got the best comforters for each of us (4 girls in a 2 bed room) which was a pleasant surprise. Literally silk on my feet we all fan girled over the bedding. Area felt safe. Would stay here again if I traveled solo.”
