”This place is a hidden gem. If you’re looking for adventure and just relaxation without all fancy stuff. Concordia is the place for you. If you cannot do stairs then this place isn’t the place for you. You are located in a beautiful hillside with tons of stairs all around you. If you don’t need ac then this place is perfect for you in the tents. But they do have ac units as well. It’s rustic but brings you back to nature. You have an amazing beach just a half mile from the place called salt...

”We had a great time visiting the Blue Wrasse. The place was as advertised with a beautiful deck and a great view. The outdoor shower was a nice amenity, along with a well stocked kitchen. The site manager was very responsive and helpful. I got stung by a wasp going down the stairs, so be careful of nests there. Also, water is not potable so will need to bring your own water. All considered, was a great stay!”

”We really enjoyed our stay. The home was exactly as described & very clean, new & nicely decorated. Kitchen well supplied. We enjoyed the outdoor deck. The drive from the main road is pretty rough but we were in a Jeep, so we were ok & knew that before. We enjoyed exploring the entire island. We would stay here again. ”

”This was a great house with privacy, comfortable beds, and a large kitchen. Perfect for a group of four. Huge deck area, and all the amenities. Paul was an excellent property manager and responded to messages immediately. Sebastian the sweet outdoor cat was a bonus! After six previous days on St. John, I can say I highly recommend this property!”

”The communication with property manager and house caretaker was great. Eddie was a great host and spent plenty of time getting us familiar with the house and all the great amenities. ”The view alone is worth staying here! Unforgettable views. The drive to get to this property is very steep, but part of the fun! Although the house does not have A/C, we stayed cool by keeping the doors and windows opened up to catch the cooler breezes of the higher altitude here, the only catch was closing them back up with the daily brief rain showers the island gets. The house is very well appointed and clean! Would absolutely stay here again.”

”We very much enjoyed the picturesque seascape and the view of all of the surrounding islands. We liked being on the quiet side of the island away from the noise and hustle and bustle.
