”We needed to upgrade our room and the staff was extremely helpful and quick. Upgraded our room with absolutely no hassles! ”

”The room was clean. The sink in the kitchenette was plugged and the microwave buttons didnt work. Our room faced the pool so you would smell strong chlorine smell. Its was ok for us not staying long.”

”Stated here before won’t come back bed sheets stained with what looked like blood found on my second night as that side of the bed wasn’t used bathroom light flickered then went out and on last night the outlets near bed stopped working. Ran out of toilet paper and no one was at desk had to run and buy my own at the store. Complained to customer service and they did nothing to compensate the horrible stay”

”Basically it's a "get what you pay for" and less! In dire need of updating. Non smoking room with cigarette burn holes in the bedding. No continental breakfast available, no one even at the desk in the a.m. to inquire about coffee. Homeless people going through the dumpster, only 2 cars in the parking lot. Slept with the chair in front of my door because I didn't feel too safe!”

”Yes the room was clean. The only thing missing was a smart TV. The other recommendation for you is that the entrance from the road to your pull in are is not marked with some sort of reflectors. There was fresh snow Friday night and I drove right into the ditch causing damage to my vehicle. ”
