”We stay at this particular hotel a lot when visiting family. We normally have no complaints. But our toilet seat was broken and not easy to go to the bathroom on, to be honest. We reported it to the front desk and was told the maintenance person was off till the following day. But the seat was never fixed. We were there for 3 days. We also only had one towel a piece for 3 days and no new towels were provided. I feel like if we are there more than a day or longer, we should be provided fresh...

”We were completely blown away when our host open the door to the loft. It was so "simply elegant" the personal touches were so effective in making it feel like home. I totally appreciate the host meeting us at the loft (which wasn't planned) and giving us a tour, explaining what they done and what the artifacts meant to her and family. The personal touch and not an app made us feel we made a new friend. Would we come back oh that's a big "YES" in fact the wife wanted to book the loft again 2...

The decor was nice I loved the green and whit trim. The bed is a memory foam and I thought it was comfortable. There are only a couple minor things- the air conditioner is a little loud and the living room was a bit cool however the kids just put on the fireplace heater my only sticking point was that...
