”Always spotless, and the staff go above and beyond. Love that they have a shuttle to bring you anywhere you want to go, and then come back and get you. Shuttle drivers Mark and Elton are awesome! The front desk staff a so accommodating, and Chris at the bar is the best!”

”Hotel was centrally located and easily accessible and rooms are well equipped. As the hotel is in the centre, sounds from the street (especially during the night time) were quite loud (as there are many bars and karaoke places in the neighborhood). Our rooms were on the second floor, we had a hard time sleeping (It is advisable to request for rooms upstairs).
In general, the staff members (Reception and Bar/restaurant) very nice and friendly.

”It’s a great hotel for families with children. Was there on a holiday weekend and it was busy so having one elevator not working was a pain then the next day the second elevator was not working and being on the 5th floor was really hard walking up the stairs, thankfully It was only out for a few hours.
They had cold ice water out a couple times by the front desk, it would have been nice if they had that everyday.
The breakfast was ok, the orange juice and cranberry juice was out the first...

”The staff were super nice and helpful, but my key cards kept malfunctioning, and i made sure to keep them from my wallet and phone…plus the breakfast options were meager but a cost effective place to stay!”
