”Gorgeous location and the beds are really comfortable but for the price the rooms are tired and drinking water should be provided in the room. One wonderful smiley waitress but the rest of the staff need to appreciate the customer experience and customer perspective much, much more.”

”The room was neat and tidy yet very little space for a double room, more like a single room. Some staff were more conscientious than others at breakfast time. The menu was more akin to a good pub rather than a nice hotel. The setting was superb but the property was undergoing refurbishment which spoilt it a bit.”

”Rooms were nice and clean but we had an annoying noise coming from an air vent inside a wardrobe that drove us wild, made them aware and they attempted a bodge to cover it up but it still persisted and spoiled our sleep. The only other complaint is when we were dining a family with young children had been eating beside us and the kids had food on the floor, due to the hot weather there were a lot of flies about and they were congrigating around the food on the floor. This was like this the whole...

”Absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is lovely, the spa is amazing, definitely worth booking in for the full spa 3 hours, the food is good but to be honest it’s the staff that make it. Such a lovely bunch!”

”The staff at the hotel were fantastic. Friendly and helpful. The breakfast choice was excellent. I do stay in a lot of hotels and the breakfast was one of the best in my opinion. Pool and spa area all clean. A bit dated in places. The bedroom was exceptionally clean with fresh water and tea coffee biscuits each day. The only negative was our room was extremely hot. Was altogether a wonderful hotel made mostly by the lovely staff.”

”We stayed only 1 overnight on the way down from scotland. We could see lot of people staying for visiting the lakes. The hotel is in a very nice location. They are also pet friendly and they provided us a towel and a bowl for the dog. We highly recommend both breakfast and set menù dinner which was very nice. Room was clean and bathroom looked recently renewed.”
