”The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and who doesnt love a free breakfast? But I was right next to the kitchen and heard every step of them preparing breakfast at 6am. The water in the shower didnt stay consistent- warm, then cool, warm, then cool. And the bed "comforter" was basically just a sheet. Overall it wasnt terrible, but not great”

”I loved everything about this place, the trees, and the staff was excellent!”

”Spider webs stains in curtains water in tub wouldn't completely shut off. No continental breakfast. Smelled stale and old. Wall paper pealing. Outside looked terrible and un inviting. Back hurts from the bed almost 36 hrs later. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone... personally would like a full refund..”

”Very authentic looking and comfortable hobbit hole. Very peaceful property and having a coffee place next door is perfect.”

”While the inside space was very small, it was smartly stocked and arranged which made it a very enjoyable stay. The outside space was peaceful and spacious. Love this mini adventure”

”Would be helpful to note that you travel on dirt / gravel roads to get to the property ”

”Beautiful and quiet place. Clean and accommodating. ”

”We loved it!! The home was beautiful and very clean. The beds were soo comfy!! We enjoyed the complimentary wine and various options for coffee! The location was perfect, with an amazing view of the hills and cows! We also stopped by Bob’s Burgers in Martinsburg, NE. So good! We loved the projector screen as well. The hot tub was AMAZING. The perfect temp and the jets worked well. You can tell this home was built with love and passion. Stephanie was amazing to work with and communication was...

”This place was an amazing stay for me and exactly what I needed. It was so very peaceful and comfortable. I know I will stay again. ”

”The view alone is worth the stay. The beds are very comfortable and the house is very well stocked with everything you need. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a nice peaceful, relaxing and comfortable place to stay. Minutes away from nice fishing lake and picnic area!”

”The picture shown is not of the actual site. Questionable electrical as loose wires seen. Broken drawer facing, broken chairs at island. Hole in drywall length of top wall oven, combustibles on multiple shelving unit in garage. Poison container for varmints on kitchen floor, light switch covered with blue construction tape, unclean, odorous. Outdoors unkept, weeds, fire pit on patio with tree limbs and trash on patio. Overall unclean, unsafe. So very sorry I could not leave a good review. ”

”Amazing architecture! Beautiful Building! Rooms are fantastic! The only thing that could have been better is pool and hot tub maintanence and the restaurant was very good but for the price and ambience the staff could have been much better! Our reservation was at 8pm and they were open til 10pm. Felt like they had kinda quit working and we were the after thought guests. Just something to think about for future. This was a family dinner and we don't spend that kind of money or get to do that...

”This was a great hotel - excellent location in downtown Sioux City, extremely clean and well maintained. I appreciated the free parking garage right behind the property. They have a nice gym right off the lobby (I did not partake), and happy hour in the lobby bar from 5pm to 7pm (I did partake :D). The rooms were very nice and the bed was comfortable, but the AC didn't get cold enough for my liking...I sleep better in a chilly room. I liked the addition of a recycle bin, but the fact that it...
