”Professional staff polite and helpful”

”The staff did a wonderful job of cleaning my room, attending to my needs. The breakfast had a variety of Indian and western food items.”

”Extremely Disappointing Experience – Prepaid Booking Not Honored We booked this hotel through Expedia for a three-night stay and were shocked to discover, upon arriving at the hotel in the evening, that the hotel staff claimed they had no record of our booking. Even after showing our booking confirmation, the hotel refused to accommodate us and asked us to contact Expedia. When we contacted Expedia, they confirmed that our reservation was confirmed and attempted to resolve the issue directly...

”Washrooms can be more cleaner”

”Clean room”

”4 nights business trip and I was appalled by the level of cleanliness at this facility. Dirt on the floor, walls and every surface imaginable. Sheets were also covered partially with old stains and I did not dare to walk barefoot in the room at all. The lobby and common areas were full of strong chemical smell, maybe to cover some other smell, who knows. The gym was said to be "broken". Take my word for it, there are other and much cleaner and more comfortable places to stay in Mangalore.”

”Almost everything is perfect. Parking is just manageable.”

”Clean room”

”The rooms were smelling really bad and the water was dirty and the washroom was extremely poor”

”Good green environment around property.very peacefully.big swimming pool nice stay .food is good”

”Every thing was very nice”

”The room was clean, spacious, well maintained. A bit bare basics in terms of amenities. However, the staff was very responsive and helpful. The location is pretty central to Mangalore. Walking distance from auto stand, would also get inter city buses from there.”

”Great location adjacent to river and wonderful view of mountains.”

”Good clean room.. Friendly staff”

”It's a decent place but still feels a bit too compact. Stayed there for 3 days and the last day we didn't have hot water and the staff weren't that helpful. Parking can be a hassle as there is limited parking spots. The place was tidy but some mosquitoes would appear from nowhere. Decent place for the price but staff need to be more attentive and helpful.”
