”Have been traveling a lot, If compare this experience similar in Asia , this is big disspointment, quite costly hotel, no any WOW feelings. We was waiting 7th floor room over hour and location was just a scrap, anyway room was clean and all working "old style US" Outdoor pool at hotel was run out towels and really dirty. Restaurants was closing really early at evenings , nice to see and stay short break, but one visit was enough for us. Staff was nice and Riverside restaurant was really nice...

”My husband and I came for a "staycation" away from the kids and had a great time. The waterpark is so fun, the gym is huge and very well-equipped, and the room we stayed in felt luxurious and comfortable. ”

”Hotel is crying for renovation, far from luxury. I had prepaid my room and took a deposit of 600$ over a 4 night stay, tried to charge me for two extra nights (we switched rooms after 2 nights cause the room smelled like mold). Second room was better. ”

”Room was fine and the bed comfortable. Very nice shower. We particularly enjoyed relaxing at the outdoor pool. Special praise for the restaurant. We had breakfast every day and dinner twice, all meals were excellent. The chef-special baklava was a real treat. Staff were always pleasant and helpful.”

”Came to Dallas for a real estate convention and this location was walkable. The room was as pictured, but the first floor had plenty of places to plug in and do work, which was an added benefit since I was traveling for business, but brought my wife and daughter with me. I’d stay here again. ”

”Just book it! My husband and I were very pleased with our stay. The staff is very professional and attentive, the pool has a bar with staff walking around taking orders, and the rooms have been completely remodeled with luxurious modern finishes and look beautiful. I will definitely be staying here again.”
