”Extremely friendly staff and clean rooms”

”Only thing that wasn't perfect about stay is that we couldn't stay any longer!!”

”They messed up our payment. Keep trying to charge our card when it was paid through Expedia .Some of the front desk person was rude and unprofessional the manager wasn’t any better. I’ve worked in hotels for a lot of years and never would I treat guest like that and mess someone’s payment up.”

”The room was clean, the staff were helpful and accommodating Breakfast was OK. It was nice that they had a good selection and the waffles were delicious. The eggs were not amazing, but that’s the only real complaint. Overall, it was a great place to stay in less expensive things with the other others in the area. It was quiet and clean and pool in hot tub or clean in a good order. ”

”Clean rooms but smaller than what I'm used to for a hampton. The staff could be more welcoming but then again I didn't have much interaction with them. The pool had no towels and the basket that had the dirty towels were overflowing. Would've been nice to have towels stocked for a weekend.”

”The building felt old and there were things that were broken. The elevators felt old and had broken buttons. The room was ok. It was adequate for one night, but wouldn't stay again unless it was a really good deal.”

”Breakfast didn’t have much to offer, hot tub was full of ball players and pull out bed was filthy, couldn’t watch a movie with kids before bed because the internet kept coming in and out and no bath plug”

”Had the do not disturb sign up and it was 9:30 am with an 11 O Clock check out. Cleaning staff didn’t knock and just entered completely ignoring the sign. ”

”It was your basic hotel room. We had trouble with the shower/bathroom. The tub was rusted through on the bottom, and the water pressure was laughable. Also, it was either the temperature of the sun, or freezing cold with no in between. The staff was great and had answers to everything we asked. The elevators and hallways often smelled of weed, and seemed to leak through the vent in the bathroom. Other than that the bed was fine, and the TV was nice. ”Checked in after a long time of driving, my bed didn’t even have a blanket on it and it had a dirty sheet. The pillowcases were clearly reused. I asked the front desk to get this rectified and she wasn’t sympathetic at all. Just OK we’ll get it fixed when we get it fixed and I was like well. I need a blanket on my bed. So eventually housekeeping came and I want to have a shower and the showerhead didn’t work plus there was no plug for the tub apparently since I booked through Expedia, it’s a...

”I checked in on Friday with my service dog. The staff was great. I was asked what floor and I suggested one closest to the ground. The hotel was very clean and stocked. My bed was very comfortable and I definitely will be back and I highly recommend”

”Room was not cleaned during our 3 day stay. They make you take out your own garbage at the end of your stay. There was no water or ice machine in the whole building. This is more of an apartment than a hotel. ”
