”No frills and good basic moderate priced hotel. Only negative was not being able to put sundries on room tab and the $5 minimum purchase meaning one can’t buy just one $3 water (which should be free and in the room)”

”This is a great place to stay- and the staff are first rate! Thank you Darryl for all your kindness and professionalism. This was a tough time for our family and he and the rest of the staff cared! It meant a lot. When appreciate all of you.”

”Had to wait one hour before the room was ready, also didn't get the room I booked. The TV was not accomodating...it would turn off and on by itself dnd the volume would not adjust. The toilet had a black ring in the bowl, the tub was dingy, bed covers worn and tattered. I always travel with bleach cleaning spray and lysol and I'm glad I did. Just not a fancy place, just average. I guess you got rhat you pay for.”

”The staff were great the hotel is gross. Our lock didn’t work, there was brown stains on the rug, it smelled and was juts run down. Felt dirty”

”For older people this toilet is very difficult as there is no side bar to hold on.”

”The facility was nice and clean but the wall to the unit next door let every sound through. EVERY sound—sink running, water flushing, wake up alarm, TV. And Hampton Inn really needs an easier process for accessing the guest WiFi.”

”Well went through expedia.com GOT to hotel no rooms and no one told me check i was at 3pm I drove 749 miles could not wait to get in my room but no rolled in at 11 am Sunday she told me check in was not tell 3pm so I sleep in my car and you crazy people charged my card to me I am very pissed of”

”Ambient environment,”

”The staff we’re extremely welcoming.”

”The staff was very friendly and my room was very clean. I’d stay there in the future.”

”The breakfast was very limited and not very good. The room smelled like mildew and you could tell that in the bathroom at some point there was water damage. The parking was horrible and the walls in the rooms are super thin you could hear everything.”

”Clean lobby and room and check in desk attendant allowed us to check in early which was great. However, outside galleries, stairs etc. are in horrible shape. Only remnants of safety strips on stairs remain and it was a “Where’s Waldo” event to find an ice maker. Pungent weed odor at stairwells so you could not avoid it. Busy weekend in Winston Salem so we were pleased to find a clean room but never again.”
