”Cottage on Conrad was completely delightful. It’s about 4 miles from uptown Lexington straight down Hwy 64. A quiet rural setting but close to conveniences (Randy’s Restaurant and a Dollar General).The house is new and immaculate. Comfortable beds, cozy blankets, plenty of towels, and everything you could need. The kitchen is very well stocked. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into decorating and stocking the house. Highly recommend.”

CONS-Comfortable rooms, but one room had no chair, wastebasket, and the TV couldn't find a signal. Suggest each room (and all bathrooms) should have a wastebasket and a comfortable chair.Kitchen needs non-stick frying pan for easy cleaning.

”We had a wonderful family vacation! The house is large enough for a family yet still has a cozy layout to give everyone individual space. The kitchen is will equipped for cooking and a nice grill outside. A large deck with a huge dock for swimming and boating. Easy to communicate with the owners whom are nice and accommodating. A beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the lake and I will definitely rent again!”

”While there are other houses visible, this property was extremely quiet and relaxing. Great location, "civilization" easily accessible...just a short drive.
Hope to stay again when we're more physically mobile (one broken back and one broken leg... hopefully we'll be fully recovered soon). Plenty of historic sites nearby.”
