”What a charming hotel in a quaint little town! We are so glad we found the the OakTree Hotel. It is a 100+ year old building that is renovated with bits of classic pieces- and pops of modern. The owner is a refreshing host from days past- charming and kind- he even walked us to our room! Definitely worth a stay while in the area- or passing thru - and need a quiet break! ”

”The place was very clean. We enjoyed the decor! It was unique and fun! The french press coffee was great The bed was comfy and the office area perfect for some online work we needed to complete. Oh and the outside bed on the swing was great ”

”Location was perfect, centered between Arcadia & Port Charlotte. Clean and nicely furnished. Wrap around porch and decorative lighting was relaxing. Internet had some Buffering at times (t-Mobile) but was adequate! The Best part was of course the man cave. Would be a great place to meet with friends for a weekend! The exterior pics are before Ian and not everything is perfectly Landscaped. This property would be great during the summer. The Tiki bar & pool (not heated) as well as the pond with...

”This was perfect for what we needed. Not a five star hotel but was clean, roomy, quiet, with comfortable bed, priced right and had everything we needed. We knew about the well water in the area so if you are not used to sulphur in your water, bring some drinking water. We thought the chickens in the yard were great to wake up to.”

”Loved the home and how friendly the neighbor was. Now be warned they do not want any motorcycles there. That’s a HOA community. Other than having some lady come up to me constantly complaining about the bike I had an amazing stay, the home is beautiful the lake in the back makes for a wonderful view. Host was responsive and friendly. Overall loved it there definitely would stay again.”
