”Dirty lobby. Boring hotel. I wouldn't go again.”

”I understood that this hotel allowed pets and I requested a “pet free” room. They said that pets were allowed in all of their rooms— and it showed. Our room, the exercise room and the halls seemed dingy and smelly. The men at the front desk were friendly and helpful.”

We stayed in the historic hotel (not the motel section), and it was one of the highlights of our trip. ”This was really one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I was in the mountains and make the reservation with spotty service and we accidentally booked the wrong date. Instead of accommodating a switch of the stay we were offered no ability to switch the days. Just told they have to "follow the strict policy". Shame on a big business for treating customers this way. I'm going out of my way to book local no matter the higher price. Terrible experience by a horrible business”

”Really liked this Motel/Hotel! Very clean, very nice rooms, great, roomy new shower with big showerhead! Handy Perkins restaurant direct access. Fantastic, included breakfast. Best I have ever had in a motel! Exceptionally friendly desk attendant. Easy access from interstate, but rooms were not noisy. Comfortable beds. Gigantic (55" or possibly 65") smart TV. I WILL be staying here every time I am passing through!”
