”Mon séjour a été décevant le jour suivant de mon arrivée, alors que ma réservation était pour 2 personnes on m'z indiqué que ma réservation comportait la prise en compte sur d'un seul petit déjeuner lors restait à ma charge. Après plusieurs jours de discussions mouvementées ils ont accepté de prendre en compte les 2 petit déjeuner. Deuxième chose, suite un l'utilisation d'un terminal de paiement qui fonctionnzit mal, ma carte bleue a été débité de mon compte bancaire ,2 fois. Je leur ai fait...

”It was bad. The mattress is as hard as a rock, wasn’t comfortable at all. The kitchen was dirty with dirty cutleries on the table. At a point one of the ac unit fell and there was dirt everywhere in the lobby. Would never stay there again and don’t advice anyone to. ”

”Overall, customer service was very poor from the front desk to the bar to the restaurant. The room had some water damage, the hot water didn't stay warm for more than five minutes, and the rollaway bed which we paid N10,000 for was actually a twin mattress which was placed on the floor. There was some false advertising with regard to the prepaid breakfast buffet; although we specified that there were two people in the room; we were asked to pay for one breakfast - N4,000.”

”A neat and well-appointed hotel that could easily pass as a 3-star facility by Western standards, though let down by the location that is not too central. The manager kindly offered to provide a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, though am not sure if that is free as I had a different transport arrangement. Emmanuel who checked me in was quite hospitable. He is an asset to the establishment as he did his utmost to make my stay comfortable.”
