”No lift to suites. (3 floors) honestly I was disappointed for the money spend. Chips off the sink in the Hellaby suite and lots of small things missing.”

”Very polite staff, good breakfast included in price, clean, good location and free parking. Only negative thing was bed matress that was leaning to middle heavily and resulted in very sure back after one week stay.”

”It’s in poor state”

”Was a cheap room and did the job. The pillows were extremely thin though which made it super hard to actually get comfortable. These really need replacing. It's not even a case of soft or hard. they're just empty! Lot of dust around including on the bed so guessing something dirty was put on there after it was cleaned. Whole place could do with bit of a deep clean but for the price we paid we really can't complain much”

”Excellent room”

”Very comfortable and nice place to stay. Will definitely use again.”

”Large bungalow style room with full disability access and wet room. Stylish. Comfy beds. Check in lady was friendly. Room was left open when we arrived but no electricity so had to go find someone. Bathroom bin had not been emptied but otherwise clean. Struggled to find someone serve us behind the bars. Breakfast was a little anaemic but good quality and tasty. Plenty of parking near the room Would stay again.”

”Great stay”

”Easy parking, lovely staff, comfortable bed and amazing food. Will stay again.”

”We enjoyed a wonderful stay, and a really good meal too, thank you!”

”At check in staff member was kind enough to let us check in early. Room was nice and had everything we needed, smelled very fusty and damp though. Before booking, we checked food service times as we knew we would need to eat quite late, this was shown as 9pm on their website and hotel.com. we tried to order at half past 8 and were told kitchen was closed. There is nothing else around so we had to get a taxi to and from the nearest tescos for a meal deal”
