”A warm welcome greeted us in reception the room was clean, tidy and fully equipped. The staff were very friendly and made us feel at home, overall it was a very pleasant stay and we will certainly return.”

”The towels in the room were stained and there were makeup marks on the soap dispenser. Also marks on the chair and floor. I don’t think that room was cleaned well.”

”We stayed here for one night before heading through the Channel Tunnel to France, and for that purpose the location really can’t be faulted – it’s a solid 10/10 and incredibly convenient. That said, there were a few issues worth noting. In our room, the shower holder was broken, meaning you had to hold the shower head the entire time, which wasn’t ideal. Parking is no longer included and is now managed by a third party at £6 per night, which feels like an unnecessary extra. The biggest...

Lattiat nasirivat, viemärit eivät vetäneet ja jos veti niin lavuaarin vesi pulpahti ammeeseen kaikkine hiekkoineen. Sänky oli kauhea.”
