”This was my fourth time staying. Previously it was a great experience, friendly staff, clean and comfy beds. This time the beds were squeaky and bathroom was dirty. Next time no matter where I stay i will be asking for a room away from any main doors and elevators. Starting at 3 am all we could hear was opening and closing of manual sliding glasses doors. We arrived late so to late to ask for another room we were tired and thought it be fine until 4 am ”

”Very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the room heater was very loud, interfering with sleep. The breakfast was good, but there were two large tvs in the breakfast room tuned to two different stations, which was very distracting, and I couldn’t stay in the room due to the noise.”

”The first room was a disaster. Housekeeping left window open trying to let the smell of piss and animal feces air out. We thought we smelled a odor. Closed the window came back later definitely was a odor. Housekeeping definitely didn't clean the room. Changed rooms at midnight after we came back from a comedy show, no issues after. ”

”Very clean and orderly, staff was nice and available. Continental breakfast was okay- offered eggs, potatoes, sausage and pancakes right in the lobby. Gym was small but it would make do. Shower was great and water pressure was very good. ”
