”Lovely hotel, very friendly staff”

”The air con did not make a noise so we weren't sure it was cooling the room. The room was absolutely fantastic could not fault it!!”

”So bad soundproofing that we were able to hear our neighbours talking and coughing. Also some dog was barking outside in the morning. Breakfast was average. Location was OK but due to roadwork it took long to get there from the city. The water pressure in the shower was so weak that I couldn't wash my tick hair. Not worth the money. ”

”Everything was excellent just couple of things could be better. 1. Room to have extra sockets next to bed there is no USBC so you want to charge with the plug and is far far from bed. 2) everything at breakfast is good but could some more variety for fruits especially for vegetarians there isn’t much options. Otherwise all excellent.”

”Great check in experience. Got there before 1pm and my room was ready. The staff ran through all I needed to know about the hotel and virtually took me to my room. The room was clean and comfortable, which had a small kitchenette. Nice to have a Nespresso machine, great touch. I had a great nights sleep in a lovely bed, what more could you want. The shower was easy to use even for me! You push a button and works! Brilliant. The building itself is stunning, especially the restaurant/bar which...

”Nice hotel, reception weren't particularly friendly. Glasses left on the table in the bar to hough the jazz was good. Breakfast and staff there were excellent. ”

”Lovely room, although the bathroom smelt a bit damp. The restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast 5 stars for the chef and waiting staff. I used the pool which was lovely too, although the floor in the ladies changing room was dirty and a bit slippery. Sauna was nice - would definitely book again.”

”Lovely hotel with gorgeous interiors. Serves lovely cocktails and food is also really good, we only had bar snacks but everything was tasty. Only negatives from our side are the pillows are way too soft and the rooms a little dark. ”

”Everything was lovely. The room was a standard room, but very nice, clean, with everything you could want and well laid out. The hotel has a lovely feel, very calm and peaceful and relaxing. Upmarket, but in a nice way, where you feel at ease and comfortable. Staff are lovely, nothing too much trouble, extra pillows, towels etc. if you need them. I asked for non-feather pillows/bedding, which was done with no problems. The pool and sauna were lovely, with excellent opening times. The restaurant...
