”I’ve traveled to various European destinations in Mexico and South America, but I’ve never encountered a five-star hotel with such a poorly maintained system. The patio was littered with discarded boards, and the shower leaked. The housekeeping left dirty towels in the rooms, and there were even dead roaches on the floor. ”We had a very nice time. Located on a beautiful beach and has a very nice pool, anda hot tub. With a pool /beachside bar. It is a smaller place than most people I think imagine for an all inclusive, but it is a small island. And I found it charming, relaxing and absolutely perfect for us. ”El desayuno estuvo muy bueno, sin embargo, deben mejorar considerablemente el área de frutas y postres, ya que resultaba muy desagradable la cantidad de moscas presentes.
El buffet de la noche no tenía rotación de alimentos; en varias ocasiones la comida permanecía igual por mucho tiempo y no se veía muy atractiva en cuanto a sabor y presentación.
Le doy 5 estrellas al área del bar, ya que todo lo que probé allí estuvo excelente.

”I would stay here again. We were here 9 years ago and loved it! It was just as good this time. Views are wonderful, beach is very nice and not crowded, bartender Connor was excellent and food truck was delicious!! We fell in love with the cats around our cabin. All in all, this place will always be our place to stay!!

”My fiancé and I stayed 3 nights here in March and while I wouldn't call it a 5-star hotel, we had an excellent experience.
Something to consider when staying here is that it is located about 40 minutes away from the main city area (Christiansted) and the roads leading up the hotel get narrow and the cell service gets shotty. The drive is so far out that some Uber drivers decline your ride because they do not want to drive out that far. I would def let them drive instead of renting if you are...
