”Das Hotel mit den Thermen ist größer und weitläufiger als gedacht.
Die Anlage ist am Wochenende stark von Tagesgästen frequentiert, in der Woche ist es bedeutend ruhiger.
Die kleinen Thermen vor den Zimmern sind inklusive, für die größeren, öffentlichen Becken wird Eintritt fällig.
Es ist alles modern eingerichtet, das Restaurant wirkt aber etwas kalt und ungemütlich.
Das Frühstück war gut, das Abendessen auch.
Bei unserem Besuch Anfang September war es kalt und regnerisch, so soll es die...

”Overall, my family and I love the place. It’s unfortunate that it’s a bit far. If you wanna grab anything to eat outside of the hotel. The quality of food that they serve at the hotel whether it’s inside or in the pool area it’s a little bit pricey specially when the menu has hotdog hamburgers, french fries we wish that it was closer/walking distance from other restaurants.
Another thing we noticed was the carpet in the hallway and the common areas it was full of stains. It just didn’t look...

”Our first room was infested with ants and the room smelled like insecticide. They then moved us to another room and when we moved the pillows and pulled back the sheets they were infested with little spiders. Like a nest just hatched. We left and went to a different hotel after that. The other hotel was top notch and very clean and modern.”

”Best lux-eco adventure holiday you'll have. Cloud forest hikes, expert guide, flora-fauna discovery, waterfall swims, sky-pedal over canopy, excellent food, perfect spa, in a loose structure. Great four day ending to Galapagos adventures.”
