”Very clean room with an amazing view. Right on the river and over the bridge is straight into town. Loved the balcony bar, drinks were a little expensive in hotel but the view made up for it. Pool and hot tub were very clean a little dated but didn’t matter. Bed was so so comfy and room was always warm and very Cosy. Reception staff always there for anything needed. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be back ”

”Everything was very clean and the property is beautiful. It’s nice to see a place maintain the original design. The carpet in the room was looking a little tired but not too bad. ”

”Nice location (quite remote and quiet) and friendly staff. Some gaps in the breakfast service, e.g. lacking glasses, plates etc. And the breakfast ended already at 9 which was very early for me. The condition of the hotel was quite worn-out and occasionally dirty, there were several spiderwebs and spiders in the hallway and the smell of our room was musty. ”

”Beautiful room, stunning view from room 4. Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, and if you are heading out for walks, they can provide a packed lunch if you order the day before. There must have been at least 5 extremely wellbeahaved dogs at the hotel that were owned by guests, its a super dog friendly place. There are towels to dry off the dogs and also a sink outside undercover with warm water tap to clean the dogs if needed.”

”We are returning to this stunning hotel for the 3rd time and love it here. Great service from staff they were able to give us a double room after we booked twin room available via hotels.com which was great. The food is amazing, fish and chips is a definite go to, and 2nd night we had a 3 course meal closer to fine dining with famtastic quality. Spa services were great we used both pool and steam room which work perfectly to feel fully relaxed. I have used the gym facilities in the past and...
