”The room itself was moderately clean, but the windows were absolutely covered in debris and bugs. The hotel seems outdated. I rated the amenities "poor" only because there were none. Everything cost extra. The elevators were very small and incredibly slow. I'm not sure if staff was friendly, since no one really spoke to us.”

”Our hotel room could have been cleaned better.”

”The best western was a great stay and the location was grand and central to all of Sandusky fun and attractions”

”Clean”

”Do not stay at this hotel, they had bed bugs. I reserved two conjoining rooms for our family. the room the older kids stayed in had bedbugs. Our kids got bit up all over their arms. In our room the comforters were stained up and dirty, they had nailpolish stains all over them along with bed bug (poop specs). Unfortunately I did not get pictures of these things. I would not recommend this hotel. Stay at your own risk.”

”One side of the building looks old and beat up”

”This was a good property to stay at, however, there was a young boys sports team staying at the same time and they were rather noisy and boisterous as they ran up and down the inside corridors. It seemed that no one was addressing that aspect of their stay. Otherwise a decent clean hotel.”

”Alli, atthe front desk, was wonderful in assisting getting me a first floor room which is helpful for me with my service dog. She was happy and smiling when I arrived was a relief after a long drive in heavy rainfall. The room, and entire hotel, was spotless and super nice. It is a great and convenient place to stay.”

”Quite basic but clean, calm, fulfills it's purpose. Good value for money. Friendly staff, nice little pool. Many restaurants and shopes right next door.”
