”Every room is a suite, but prices vary, and the staff is young. They need a checklist to make sure each room has what they need (shampoo, cups, A/C on…) It’s Pretty around the pool and hot tub was big. I like the mile walk to town in the morning when it’s quiet and calm next to the lake. The entire island is relaxing with great restaurants, yummy perch and walleye bites at the Village Pump. I would return in a minute. Looking forward to going again.”

”Breakfast was good however there is no where to eat so be prepared to carry it back to your room. Otherwise the rooms were updated and clean. TV small but good selection of channels. Bathroom and shower very good. Lots of clean towels. Will come back and recommend for anyone looking for a no fuss motel.”

”Weird self-check-in arrangement--no reception desk or staff, just an e-mail with a code to let yourself in & out and a phone number in case you need anything--very impersonal, but o.k. if you don't like dealing with people. Fresh, tidy, and trendy inside. Bedside reading lights and a chair to sit on would be nice (stools at the counter are too high for tying shoes), as would a light outside the door that doesn't attract bugs. ”I like that the property was smaller and not super busy. Parking was easy and it had a beautiful little outdoor area that was separate from both buildings. The beds were decent, but it did have a very musty smell overall in the room and hallway. The room was unable to cool down and remained very humid the entire night even after adjusting the temperature. The property needs basic updating inside (carpet and drapery). ”Stay was awesome. My only suggestion to mgt is that the 1st floor back door is very loud and jaring when it closes. Can hear and feel it.in room 107 and probably beyond.”

”Our room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Also, it was very quiet.”

”No locks on the first-floor sliding windows, the connecting doors were barely secure, and the main hallway door opened an inch even when locked. Additionally, the toilet had zero water pressure and took five minutes to flush each time. The only upsides were that it is close to Cedar Point, and we saw a baby seagull in the parking lot.”

Room was newly redone with no carpet wich I love… pool was open and clean.. staff very friendly and helpful especially the very kind lady that serves breakfast 7 days a week.. it included a lot of choices waffles, pancakes, fruit, muffins, cereal and more.. we have found our new hotel for our monthly cedar pointe trips for sure!!”
