”I thought I had secured a pet friendly room through Expedia, but apparently that was not the case. The front desk clerk gave me the option of keeping the room and letting my friend Jack sleep in my car, or take a cabin. I opted for the cabin because I know how to use an outhouse. However, there was no running water, no shower, etc. and not even a gallon of water was provided. There was face soap and make up remover packets provided, but no basin and the water in the little sink went directly...

”This hotel is way overpriced. The only good thing is it is near the airport and provides free shuttle bus service to and from the airport. Breakfast area is very small for a hotel this size. Night shift front desk staff are very slow and unfriendly. They need to be properly trained. Nobody really works at the breakfast area so they don’t or very slow in refilling and cleaning the tables. Breakfast area floor is dirty but nobody cleans. Bathtub in my room has mould. Will not stay at this hotel...

”Good Location and the staff really went out of their way to help with anything. The place its self is dated and needs serious updating of everything. I thought I was in the 70's. It was comfortable and clean, juist old and the shower had a mind of its own so one minut the temperature is fine then your either freezing or burning without touching anything. overall worth the money.”
