”Hotel Room was absolutely luxorious,peaceful and clean (we stayed 2nights in Royal Mughal Suite), there was own check in lounge for suites, so it was convenient. We had garden view room , it's the best (other choice courtyard, not so nice view). I would recommend the hotel to anyone who is willing to pay little extra for Royal Mughal Suite, other rooms i don't know.Hotel location was great to see Taj Mahal (maybe 15min by car) and Agra Fort. Spa was also one of the best ever visited. Overall...

”Front desk staff is coughing directly at your face. What do I know, maybe just sore throats from the polluted air, not respiratory ilnesses spreading. Was a pain to get few rather simple tasks done, been lied multiple times in the process.”

”Hotellin kautta tilaamaamme taksiin emme olleet tyytyväisiä koska kuljettaja ei tuntunut osaavan englantia. Halusimme tiettyihin paikkoihin Agrassa mutta kuljettaja vei meitä ilmeisesti ennalta sovittuihin paikkoihin. Erityisesti pyysimme kahteen tavarataloon mutta näihin emme koskaan päässeet koska kuljettaja ei " ymmärtänyt " mitä tarkoitimme. Tämähän Intiassa on yleistä mutta näinkin hyvätasoisen hotellin toiminnalta tätä ei olisi odottanut.”
