”This is at least the third time I've stayed at these cabins. The check-in has always been easy; they are clean, comfortable, and dog-friendly. My interactions with the owners have always been good. The location, near Iron River, MI, is great for my needs. They recently installed a/c units, which work great but are very noisy.”

”Overall, this was a decent place to stay and it was clean and comfortable enough for our trip. However, the listing was not accurate in a couple of important ways. It advertised Wi-Fi, but there was no internet available during our stay. It also stated there was a garage for parking, but there wasn’t one. If those amenities are important to you, be aware that the listing may not match what is actually provided. Aside from those issues, we had a pleasant stay.”

”This cabin was perfect for our adventure. It was in a location that allowed us to stay comfortably and travel to the things we wanted to check off in MI. We kayaked right on the Brule and it was easy access. We woke early to have coffee and enjoyed the wildlife all around us. Very comfortable and clean. Check out was easy and clear. Really enjoyed I our stay. Thank you!”

”Great house for multi generational family vacation. Kitchen was perfect and pool table was a hit! We had lots of snow and enjoyed snow shoeing around the area. Recommend a 4x4 for winter visit. ”

”The place was exceptional with all the amenities that you need for a great vacation. It has a great view of bad water from the deck. If you’re handicapped or have a disability you will struggle getting up those stairs from the river. It’s extremely steep. The owner and property manager were kind and easy to work with and gave great instructions. The only downfall to this place is the neighbors!!! Beware, the woman to the right of the property is rude and a complete joke. She wanted us to keep...

”The experience and cabin exceeded expectations! Communication with Brian was fantastic. We aLeo arrived just after a crazy winter storm and he had it all dug out and the cabin nice and toasty warm. Everything was well stocked and everyone slept really well. We had a great day on the slopes at Ski Brule. We loved it! Thanks again Brian. ”

We loved the screened porch and well equipped kitchen.The short walk to the lake is a little steep, this wasn’t an issue for us, but it might be slightly challenging for toddlers or elderly. However, we were informed there are plans for additional stair in the near future. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family! ”
