”Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and quiet. Was in town for a work trip and I was able to work into the evening and not be distracted. Breakfast, while not fancy was good, a nice selection daily. Room price could not be beat! If I return to Charles City, I will definitely stay there again ”

”This was a basic, clean rental. Served the purpose. Nostalgic. Nice there was a dock on the property & ramp just down the road. Nice neighborhood, low traffic.”

”What a perfect little house and setting. We brought our two toddler children and one infant and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kids slept great on the twin sized pull out couches. We loved the screened in porch for meals and the kids enjoyed the hot tub and roasting marshmallows at night as well as the Franklin books! Overall 10/10 experience! Sharon was an excellent host. ”
