They had things like Kleenex boxes strategically placed and a fly swatter; gentle seemingly small touches that made it feel more like a home. Their beach towels were SUPER HUGE and the clean and uncluttered reality of the space was wonderful. I loved the deck and the patio. The kayaking was superb. ”What a great spot to stay in Clear Lake! Everything was perfect for our group of five couples who were in town for a concert at The Surf. We had plenty of space and the house was clean and very nicely done. We had everything we needed and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Great spot for any group to stay. We will definitely stay again! Thank you! ”

”We had a really nice time staying at Swordfish Dog Retreat. The house was clean, well appointed, and wonderfully decorated. It is within walking distance to the downtown and the lake. The lower level was stocked with everything you need to make your dog comfy and the fenced in yard was great too! Mike and Abby were easy to contact about check in and anything else we needed. We hope to stay again in the near future. ”

Just a few minutes walk to the beach, room for our ENTIRE family, games to play, enough space for privacy & cozy spaces for everyone to gather comfortably. The kitchen had everything you could need & with another kitchen space below we had more than enough room to prepare for our Grandmas 90th birthday celebration! Photos don’t do this home justice.
