”Owner David was very communicative and helpful before my stay. Check in was easy, and the setting of the hotel is very pretty. Laid back comfortable vibe and the pool area was very nice. Continental breakfast was good and there were fresh fruit options and good coffee. I would stay here again.”

”5 star attention to customer service, clean, quiet and peaceful. If you need to relax and be taken care of this is the best place. Special mention to Isabel, Patricia, Luis and Ramiro, really went above and beyond for our comfort and needs. The whole staff is outstanding. Magnificent facility if there’s anything to add would be a money exchange, besides that it’s all you could ask for in a vacation.”

”Excelente hotel para hospedarse, acogedor y muy bonito en medio de la selva. La comida buena sin ser la mejor, cocina sencilla. Los recepcionistas muy amables. El cuarto tenía algunos detalles de mantenimiento,como de pintura - nada graves, que podrían mejorar. La regadera es fantástica, super amplia y cómoda. No pudimos usar la piscina porque llovió y estaba fría el agua pero se veía espectacular. El Centro queda como a 20 minutos en carro, nosotros salimos a cenar.”

”I did not like that they only let you used the jacuzzi or sauna for 30 mins per day. Also my wife and I after the excursion try to get a massage and they only had one massage terapist available at the spa. So we were very disappointed. Pool it’s not clean as well, and temperature cool.”

”Loved this hotel. Pool area is beautiful and great for children too. Staff is welcoming and polite. We got a renovated room on the fourth floor which was perfect, huge and spotless. I cannot say about the rooms that have not yet been refurbished. The wifi is very bad, but that is propably the case in all of the hotels in the area.”

”Stayed 3 nights when visiting the falls. Hotel location is very good, bus to Iguazu falls departs right across the street, many nice restaurants in the same street. Room was ok, clean and spacious. Wi-Fi not so good, worked mainly very late at the evening or early in the morning. Breakfast was very light. Took shuttle bus from airport to hotel and back, 150 ARS one way per person. Friendly staff.”

”The a/c was leaking onto this light fixture, the room was nice loved the balcony looking into the lush vegetation. The restaurant was fantastic, breakfast was another story, you couldn’t serve yourself (buffet style) the cereal etc side you could but not the fruits cheese or ham side. The only eggs served are scrambled. The hostess the first day was not very friendly but day 2 and 3 this younger much friendlier hostess took great care of us!! ”
