”When we arrived we got our room keys after check in and when we went to our room there where people in it. The front desk at hotel said they made a mistake and they had another for us, but we had to wait a bit to get it ready. When we arrived in the room it stunk like musty moldy and cat pee. There was nothing they could do, we got a little rest and left.”

”The room smelt like pee, everything was dirty or broken. The elevators were broken, room locks didn’t work and the water park was inoperable as well. The state of the room we stayed in was in disarray. It was disgusting”

”A fly swatter will be great. There were a lot of flies and we kept doors closed, except for going in and out. All of the rooms were clean and bed so comfy but watch your toes. Middle post on beds, caught our toes/feet a couple times.”

”The room was definitely neglected, bugs that were dead in plain sight and not picked up, room service never cleaned any messes, not to mention they just walk in without knocking, just made the beds and took care of the trash can, not the actual trash that was put aside for them, also found a coke baggy in between the couch cushions of the pullout couch, the power also went out, after talking to the manager about what had happened, he said “well what do you want me to do about it?” So then I had...

”Moat disgusting hotel ever. Literally a trap house. Disgusting and dirty. Never seen anything like it. No lights in building other than room. Dirty with food and trash all over the place. Mold in the showers and room. I literally slept in my truck with my doors locked. This hotel should be taken off hotels.com and the cops should clear it out.”
