”When we arrived, we checked in at a window. There is no office, the picture in their website is incorrect, so I wondered what else was misrepresented. When we entered the room, it was very hot as no air was running. The ac didn’t work, we changed rooms requiring repacking somewhat. New room had only one metal side chair which was very uncomfortable. After a 10 hour drive, we wanted to plop down in a nice comfortable chair. Didn’t happen! Floor had dust and hair on it and corners were not clean...

”The pictures are deceiving. The property is disgusting and unkempt. When I got there I couldn’t immediately let the host know how disgusting the property was because I gave T-Mobile and there was no reception. Since it was already about 9pm I left to look for a hotel. When I let the host know my concerns about the property and requested a refund, she refused. She wouldn’t even refund the cleaning feel. This was 340 dollars out the window. Book at your own risk.”

”HOTEL. COM YOUR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.., AND THE HOTEL I STAYED IN WAS NASTY AND I HAD TI GO BUY CLEANING ITEMS TO CLEAN I DIDNT STAY BUT ONE IF THE NIGHTS AND I WAS DENIED A REFUND. NOR WAS I ALLOWED TO SEND VIDEO FOOTAGE. . HOW CAN YOU AS A COMPANY REPRESENT SUCH A HORRIBLE PLACE AND THEN DENY ME A REFUND??? THE HOTEL MANAGER SLEEPS ON THE COUCH IN THE FRONT HOTEL LOBBY. THE ENTIRE PLACE STANK. WHY NOT HAVE REPRESENTATIVES FROM HOTEL . COM GO CHECK OUT THE LOCATIONS PRIOR TO REPRESENTING THEM.”

”Clean, cozy, peaceful & quiet! Perfect for our family of 4. We felt safe & comfortable! The cabin had basic kitchen & bath nessecities that rentals don't typically have which was a great touch! We will definitely be back!”

”We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 500-acre property and even hosted our small intimate wedding here. The scenery was absolutely stunning and made the perfect backdrop for such a special weekend. The newly renovated houses were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of room for everyone.
The large porch quickly became our family’s favorite gathering spot — perfect for relaxing, visiting, and enjoying the beautiful views together. We also loved the hot tub after long...

”We stayed a few days it’s close enough to everything, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. The lake is beautiful we fed the geese and the turtles as we went around the lake in a two person kayak, it was fun and relaxing. And just a nice little getaway”
