”If you book through Expedia they either put you by the loud elevators, or a half a mile walk to your room at the far end of the hotel. The price was outrageous for the stay we experienced”

”Had to ask multiple times for toilet paper and the coffee was never refilled. Charged for parking. The snacks and drinks at the desk were much higher than most places.”

”Everything was great, but the coffee in the hallway comfort station made me never want to leave. I get up EARLY and I could brew myself a hot, fresh, perfect coffee at that early hour. Enough said.”

”Breakfast was good, staff was helpful and friendly. Big downside was the pool was very cold and hot tub definitely had too much chemicals or something made our skin very itchy and the water in the hot tub was cloudy. If you’re just in and out for a quick stay it is a good place to stay and clean. ”

”Family of 5 with 3 teens- did need to open window for adequate ventilation in middle of night. Breakfast hot food was lukewarm including omelet taco and sausage. Trash in parking lot. Had to provide personal information at check in that should come from Expedia. Some wear and tear in room. Had to request extra towels and sofa bedding.”

”DONT DRINK THE WATER! There is something so off about it like you can even tell that it is weird because the smell of it. It has a metal/chemical smell to it. I drank some from the sink to take my meds and it was disgusting and I thought “well maybe it is just because it’s sink water” NOPE at breakfast the next morning I got a water from their machine and it tasted the same so they probably used tap water for that. When I got back to my room I was going to shower and I turn it on and that same...

”There is nothing near by to walk to especially when it is cold and snowing out. They don't have a liquor license so you cant gamble and drink there. To get to the garage for parking you have to leave there go down the hill to the stop sign. Then you have to make your way back up the hill. Its on a one way road. Not very convenient at all”
