”Nice hotel with great location and extremely nice staff. They get us early breakfast in the room and answer all the questions we have. Breakdast buffet was also great and lot of healthy options. Gym was maybe the best hotel gym i've ever visited. Spa was nice bonus and 20 meter long swimming pool was so cool because you can really do the swimming exercise there if you wanted to. ”

”We stayed in one of the balcony rooms and the room was legit the best room we have stayed in the UK. The bed was a dream, super duper huge and the view from the balcony was magnificent. Their breakfast spread was delicious, the only downside of the stay were the cocktails from the Vale bar, I think they could do better with that. Apart from that, it was a 5/5.”

”This hotel is close to rail station. There are restaurants nearby. There seemed to be an issue with rubish collection as there were lots of bags of trash in front on many of the properties. However, the hotel, itself, and it's property were clean. I really enjoyed the friendly staff. My room was a nice comfortable size. And, the property was quiet; I was able to get good sleep after touring the city. ”

”The whole place was great. Room was clean and tidy. We had a room over looking the water which was nice. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The only reason it drops a star is the noise from the road on the opposite side of the water is loud especially when motorbikes or loud exhaust cars go along it. I did worry that the road noise would keep us awake but luckily it didn’t ”
