”Hyvä sijainti, siisti ja iso huone. Ainoa miinus oli ilmastoinnin puuttuminen, huoneessa oli kuuma yölläkin”

”Very nice”

”Nice hotel with great location and extremely nice staff. They get us early breakfast in the room and answer all the questions we have. Breakdast buffet was also great and lot of healthy options. Gym was maybe the best hotel gym i've ever visited. Spa was nice bonus and 20 meter long swimming pool was so cool because you can really do the swimming exercise there if you wanted to. ”

”Good room. Nice adjoining bar. Good facilities. Easy access to city centre. Free parking.”

”Great hotel! Would be nice if there was an elevator to the basement parking lot”

”All the staff were so friendly. The bar staff especially Phil were excellent. We were there for an 80th birthday. My wife lost a bracelet we asked at reception in the morning and the lovely lady on reception said she would look inn the safe... unfortunately nothing. We went to look in the room where the party was held but it had already been cleaned. A lovely young lady named Erin asked could she help, we explained what had happened and she said that a bracelet had been found and had been put...

”Very tired - room large but furniture very old and rooms in need of a refresh.”

”Nice, well located hotel. A free upgrade on arrival was a nice touch. The only issue was with the lifts, one of which had been awaiting repair for more than two weeks i was told resulting in long waits at breakfast times and on occasion in the evenings. I was on the 6th floor so didnt take the stairs all the time...”

”Amazing stay Breakfast and lunch was great plenty of choice Lovely spa facilities Treatments carried out by Molly she was lovely and really knows her job a great massage. Would definitely return”

”The location to this hotel is amazing, just a few minutes from the trainstation and walking distance from the Cardiff Castle and the shopping streets. The room was quite old and had an "old house smell". Staff was really really really friendly and helpful. All in all it was enough for a one night stay with not that much time to hang out in the hotel.”

”Staff needs some customer service training.”

”It was one of my greatist stays of my life. Huge miljööö.”

”One of the best showers my dad has ever had during my his night stay to watch football. Very comfortable bed. Would’ve liked to have had a bottle of water in the room but otherwise it was everything he wanted for a night’s stay.”

”The location of the hotel was perfect for our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with a lot of choices. Would definitely come again!”

”Unfortunately not up to Mercure standard. Old, and it shows. AC was not strong enough to cool the room properly. Bathrooms were quite dated.”
