”The staff is very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Dollar Tree and a grocery store are on the same property. There is also an excellent Mexican restaurant and a Thai food restaurant there as well. We will definitely stay again.”

”The home was large and spacious and it met our accomodation needs. I loved the large, beautiful, shady front yard. We didn't feel comfortable using the back yard since people lived right there. Parking on the street was a bit difficult on the long weekend. Lots of others cars we parked on the street. Overall it was what I had hoped for.”

”This studio with full kitchen was perfect for the two of us. The detail to design was obvious and appreciated. The location is within walking/biking distance of CSU Chico downtown, and Bidwell Park. As older non college students, we didn't feel out of place at all. The studio is on a quiet street without a lot of foot or auto traffic. ”
