”This location worked for nicely for our trip to Chico. Just a short drive from the the University. Beds were comfortable and clean, kitchen had the basics. An A/C unit for each room was nice. This is an older property that has been fixed up for short term rentals. I would stay here again. Although close to a main road, it is very quiet inside when doors/windows are closed. The orchard behind the property was beautiful and a great place to get fresh air and have coffee in the morning. Perhaps the...

”The home was large and spacious and it met our accomodation needs. I loved the large, beautiful, shady front yard. We didn't feel comfortable using the back yard since people lived right there. Parking on the street was a bit difficult on the long weekend. Lots of others cars we parked on the street. Overall it was what I had hoped for.”
