”This place was awesome. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Very unique place and our host Karen thought of everything including snacks and drinks in the fridge. The fresh cut flowers were just another great touch.The bed was comfortable beyond belief and the water pressure in the shower was a pleasant surprise. The quiet neighborhood made it easy to sleep in a little extra in the morning. A quick 4 minute drive got us to Chico State/Downtown to hang with our son who is a student.I would highly...

”The unit was really nice and clean. The surrounding units aside from 1-4 made the area look a little unkept. Hopefully the owners of those properties fix them up to make the area look better. All in all I would stay there again. ”

”Overall, my stay was great. There was a bit of trouble (for me) in finding the place, and some difficulties with getting in, but otherwise everything was perfect. Everything was well-decorated and working, and there was a great place to park. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're looking to stay close to Chico State (15 minute walk, 5 minute drive). Keurig was wonderful stocked with pods. Bathroom is big. Stocked with plenty of essentials. Queen bed is comfortable. Always sleep well here. Large yard. We utilized the bbq. Pool is great. Hot tub on site. Had the best time. ”
