”The home was large and spacious and it met our accomodation needs. I loved the large, beautiful, shady front yard. We didn't feel comfortable using the back yard since people lived right there. Parking on the street was a bit difficult on the long weekend. Lots of others cars we parked on the street. Overall it was what I had hoped for.”

”This is a cute, nicely renovated, roomy, detached cottage set in the middle of a fruit orchard. It was sparkling clean and very quiet which is just how we like it. We were charmed by the orange trees over the patio and at the front door. Despite the bucolic setting, we found it was just a few minutes drive to downtown Chico to restaurants and stores. The hosts were very responsive to any communication and provided clear instructions for checking in and out.”

”The house was clean and having a bedroom with on suite located at the other side of house from other two bedrooms was good if privacy is something one interested in having. The neighborhood was quite and felt safe. Downtown was a nice walking distance too. I recommend The Rooster Cafe if you’re looking for variety and good tasting food.”
