”Newly built, clean, very friendly staff, nice Nepali food options.”

”Yes”

”Not too exciting, there was no one at reception or to help with the luggage when we arrive. Staff not too excited to serve guests. Our driver and guide had issues with their accommodation, they were asked to pay for that. Nothing much to see in surrounding as well. ”

”Initially, we were sent to an older part of the hotel, where the bathroom towel rack was falling, then after we came back from linch and some sightseeing noticed the front desk had been trying to contact me and offered us an upgrade, which they said was where we should’ve been sent to in the first place. Got moved to the newest area of hotels with better room and amenities. So, I could give them one less star but will give the and excellent experience for making the correction. ”

”The owner was nice and friendly, the facilities adequate and the price fair. The two big disadvantages are that there are very few electrical outlets in the dorm and most of the lockers are missing their keys.”

”Unforgettable romantic getaway with a breathtaking 360 view: Perfect blend of luxury, spirituality, and incredible service”

”Relocate the reception desk to a location where it is clearly visible to guests.”

”Wonderful hotel with amazing hospitality”

”Loved my stay here. Very nicely run lodge— a great choice in the area that provides an upscale experience for a very reasonable amount. The staff were all lovely, the owner ever-present, making sure you’re having a great stay. But the stand-outs were the safari guides, who were so friendly and knowledgeable and worked very hard to ensure a great experience in the park. Saw tons of animals—so many rhinos!—but sadly no tigers, though the guides were super committed to trying to spot.”

”The staff are amazing. The hotel is very clean. The room was amazing and comfortable. The food was great. Me and my wife had a blast.”

”Overall experience was not bad at all. But front staff including some of their management didn’t know about the Expedia booking but they are available booking through Expedia. They make me wait there for 10 min without any reason just because of the expedia. ”

”It was good but hope to see more updates in future ”
