”Rooms were not cleaned and linen were not done daily by housekeeping. There is no shower in the ladies changing room leading to pool area.”

”As a new resort the hotel is in a great shape. Gym is great and the outside pools are nice. If you are not looking for a New England old fashioned charm this is a great choice.”

”My reviews weren’t great just because they are in the middle of renovations. I was in a room not renovated and the bathroom needed updating. Other than that, the staff was pleasant and it looked like things would be much better after the renovations.”

”We were so impressed with this property that we tried to add an extra day. Unfortunately they were booked solid. Hot tub was hot, no surprise. Pool was great. Impressed with unit kitchen, FULLY STOCKED with kitchen ware. Broom and vacuum in unit. Plenty of towels. Large living area and murphy bed which was great for our adult son who met us there for this visit.”

”We booked 6 months in advance and called to request a balcony room as I learned via reviews even though pictured with a balcony they do not all have them. It was put in their notes and I was told to call again two weeks before checking in to be sure it was all set. I did and was told we had a balcony room, then when we checked in that was not the case and was told no one should have ever told us we were guaranteed a balcony. All in all the room was nice, but you can hear people above you walking...

”Wish pool was open a little later than 9:00pm. I also wish I knew there was no elevator when trying to carry up luggage to 2nd floor. The front staff was very nice and the rooms were clean with good air conditioning”

”The only real issue we ran into was that the address we originally had brought us next door, and since the service is very scarce out there - I just highly recommend you make sure you have the correct one programmed before you journey lol 😆. Other than that , the price for the amount of space we got (1 bedroom with a loft, full kitchen, front and back deck) was amazing! The view of the mountain including of the Gondola we eventually went up on. The sound of the river at night. Plus the deck...
